We believe every senior and small dog deserves undivided attention and a peaceful, stress-free stay. That's why we welcome just one family at a time - alongside our own dogs, no distractions, just personalised care in a calm, home environment. I am home all day - I don't run errands or fit in other duties.

Our Boarding Options
Short Stay (1-3 nights) – Perfect for quick trips or weekend getaways
Overnighter (2 days + 1 night) – Ideal for day trips with peace of mind overnight
Standard Stay (4+ nights) – For longer travels when your pet needs a home away from home

Shorter Breaks - To support our one-household-at-a-time approach, bookings made more than 30 days in advance are charged at a minimum of five nights.
Additional Care Requirements: Some dogs require a higher level of care during their stay. This may include puppies, older dogs, or those with medical, behavioural, or cognitive needs. Where additional supervision, support overnight, or more hands-on care is required, an enhanced care supplement will apply. For puppies under one year, this is typically an additional £10 per night (or £20 for an overnighter), reflecting the increased level of supervision and care provided.
All care needs are assessed individually to ensure the most appropriate support for each dog.
We can sometimes offer a late check-out for an additional fee, depending on other bookings and availability.
If your dog is new to boarding, or especially anxious our Settling and Familiarisation Package may be the right place to start.

During the festive season, we offer Day Retreats and overnight stays exclusively for dogs who already board with us regularly.
Premium price applied to December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1st.
No other discounts applied during the Christmas / New Year week.

Who We Care For
We specialise in calm dogs, senior dogs, and those needing a little extra TLC. Our calm, home environment is ideal for gentle souls who thrive with patience and individualised attention.
Because we care for one family of dogs at a time, we’re able to adapt to each dog’s needs - whether that’s a quiet, settled stay or a more supported approach where additional reassurance, supervision, or overnight support is needed.
Where a higher level of care is required, this is assessed on an individual basis, and pricing may be adjusted to reflect the level of care and support provided.
Please note that we’re unable to accommodate dogs with behavioural issues that would compromise the calm, home environment, as our focus is on providing a peaceful, stress-free experience for every guest.

All dogs must have a meet-and-greet with us before their first booking. Depending on your dog's needs and temperament, we may also recommend a trial day or overnight stay to ensure they're comfortable and happy in our care. This helps us get to know each other and makes sure we're the right fit for your furry family member.

Standard stays can be booked up to a year in advance, so if you're planning ahead for holidays or extended trips, we encourage you to secure your dates early. Short stays and overnighters can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. However, we understand that finding the right care for a dog with special needs can be challenging, and sometimes you need to plan further ahead. If you'd like to book a short stay beyond the 4-week window for a specific reason, please get in touch—we're happy to discuss your circumstances and see how we can help.

Shorter Stays
Our short stays can normally be booked up to 4 weeks in advance, as we must prioritise longer holidays first. Because we only ever welcome one family at a time, a single-night stay often means we can’t accept a week-long booking for those same dates.
We know that sometimes a night away can mean the world - a family celebration, a special occasion, or simply a much-needed rest. If you’re someone who finds it hard to leave your dog, we completely understand.
Because we only ever host one household at a time, we’ll always consider short stays on a case-by-case basis for families who need that extra bit of support. Please note that short stays booked more than 30 days in advance are subject to our minimum stay policy.

Drop and pick up times
• Drop-off: from 3pm onwards
• Pick-up: by 11am
If you wish to drop off earlier than 3pm, the previous night will need to be booked. Because we welcome only one family at a time, an earlier arrival means the day is reserved just for your dog, and we’re unable to offer that space to anyone else.
A later pick-up of up to 6pm may be available by prior arrangement and is charged at £20.
Late Check-out
If you need a little more time on your final day, we can sometimes offer late check-out up to 6pm for a £20 surcharge.
Because we welcome only one family at a time, a later collection means the entire day is reserved just for your dog, and we’re unable to offer that space to anyone else. If you know you’ll need longer than 6pm, an additional night can be booked. Please enquire at the time of booking.
