Lilly’s Bespoke Boarding offers peaceful, home-from-home care for small and medium-sized dogs who suit our calm environment.
Our pricing is clear, but every dog is considered individually so that we can provide the right level of care and support.
Prices are shown per dog unless stated otherwise. Please see the information beneath each option for booking times and condtions.

Every boarding guest receives round-the-clock care and is never left alone in the home. We follow each dog’s familiar bedtime routine as closely as possible, helping them feel safe and settled throughout the night.
Our home has secure garden fencing, double-gated garden access and a double-door entrance system that creates an additional safety airlock.
Every boarding guest is provided with a personalised Lilly’s collar, an engraved identification tag displaying our contact number, name and address, an electronic Smart ID tag and a PitPat GPS tracker for the duration of their stay.
It’s all part of our belt-and-braces approach to keeping every dog safe.

Some dogs need a little more support during their stay.
This may include puppies or exuberant young dogs who require frequent supervision, redirection and help to settle; dogs needing closer monitoring, complex medication or precisely timed care; and those requiring additional support overnight.
Where this applies, we’ll discuss and agree the additional-care supplement before confirming the booking.

Most stays at Lilly’s naturally involve one visiting household. Occasionally, carefully matched members of Lilly’s Extended Family may share part of a stay.
If you would like us to guarantee that yours is the only visiting household staying overnight, this can sometimes be arranged. It is subject to availability and priced according to the dates reserved. Standard check-in and collection times apply.

Some dogs benefit from getting to know Lilly’s gradually before a longer holiday.
Our package includes a meet and greet, three gentle familiarisation visits and an overnight trial. This gives your dog time to become comfortable with us, our girls and our home at their own pace.

During the festive season, we offer Day Retreats and overnight stays exclusively for dogs who already board with us regularly.

Who We Care For
We specialise in calm dogs, senior dogs and those needing a little extra TLC. Our peaceful home environment is particularly suited to gentle souls who benefit from patience, reassurance and individual attention.
Most stays at Lilly’s involve one visiting household, although carefully matched members of Lilly’s Extended Family may occasionally overlap. This allows us to adapt each stay to the dogs in our care, whether they need a quiet, settled holiday or a little more supervision and support.
Where a higher level of care is required, we’ll discuss your dog’s needs with you and agree any additional-care charge before confirming the booking.
We’re unable to accommodate dogs whose behaviour could compromise the safety or calm of our home environment.

All new dogs must attend a meet and greet before their first booking. This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another and make sure Lilly’s is the right fit for your dog.
Depending on your dog’s needs and temperament, we may recommend some gentle familiarisation visits or a trial day. For stays of two nights or more, a successful overnight trial is required as part of the higher-standard conditions of our 4-star licence.
Following a successful meet and greet, your dates will be confirmed once the required deposit, or full payment where applicable, has been received.

Booking Your Stay
Stays can be booked up to one year in advance. Short stays of one to three nights, including the Over-nighter, are normally bookable up to four weeks in advance, subject to availability.
We prioritise longer holidays when allocating dates, as accepting a short stay can prevent us from accommodating a longer booking. Short stays requested more than 30 days in advance are therefore subject to our minimum-stay policy.
We understand that sometimes a night away can mean the world, whether it’s for a family celebration, a special occasion or simply a much-needed rest. If you need to arrange a short stay outside our usual booking window, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to discuss your circumstances and help where we can.
