New 'Familiarisation and Settling' package launched.
When you first get in touch, we’ll let you know whether we may have availability around your requested dates and invite you to complete our short application form.
At this stage, dates are not held. To keep things fair and transparent, requested dates can only be provisionally considered once the completed application form has been received.
The application form is quick and straightforward. It gives us just enough information about your dog’s routine, needs, and temperament to help us assess whether they’re likely to feel happy and settled in our calm, home-from-home environment. Once we have received your application form, your dates are pencilled in, pending meet and greet.
Even if your preferred dates aren’t currently available, we still encourage you to apply. Availability can change, and families who have completed the application process are always the first to be contacted if suitable dates open up.
If the application suggests we may be a good fit, we’ll invite you and your dog to a relaxed meet and greet. This gives everyone the chance to get to know each other and ensures compatibility with our home, resident dogs, and cats.
Please note: For stays of four nights or more, licensing requirements mean an overnight trial stay is required prior to the booked stay. This is charged at £45 and allows us to ensure your dog settles well in our home before a longer stay.
Following a successful meet and greet, we’ll confirm that we’re happy to proceed we will email you with a link to a client registration form, dog registration form and booking form. Dates will be provisionally held while we move to the booking stage.
To secure your dates, we’ll ask you to complete our Booking & Terms and Conditions Form.
This form confirms your booking details and dates, and your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Once this form has been completed, we’re able to generate your invoice.
A deposit invoice will be issued once the booking form and terms have been completed. The deposit must be paid within 14 days.
Once the deposit has been received, your booking is fully confirmed and your dates are secured.
Please note: if the deposit is not paid within this timeframe, the dates will be released and may be offered to another family.
Before your dog’s stay, we’ll complete any remaining care paperwork, confirm vaccination records, and collect the remaining balance in line with our terms and conditions. This ensures we can follow your dog’s routine exactly and provide calm, consistent care throughout their stay.
